Explore the role

  • +2 years of work experience in a bank or other financial institution in the field of financial crime prevention

  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (both written and verbal)

  • University degree

  • High ethical standards, analytical thinking, pro-activity, perseverance, conscientiousness

  • Ability to achieve the required result

  • ACAMS, ICA or other similar certifications and an interest in financial crime prevention would be an advantage

  • Monthly salary of  2000 - 3000 Eur gross (final offer depends on experience and skills)

  • Analyze and assess transactions, patterns of other suspicious activity

  • Report suspicious activity to the responsible authorities

  • Asses business relationship risks

  • Provide proposals on how to improve transaction monitoring system and the processes

  • Consult colleagues on financial crime prevention matters

Depending on the role the interview stage will typically consist of 1-2 rounds with different people like the recruiter, hiring manager and sometimes even the team. We often include a technical task as a part of our recruitment process.
