What is necessary to activate MobileSCAN?

You need a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with:

  • OS Android (9.0 or later) or iOS (16 or later)
  • Citadele mobile application
  • Turned on camera
  • Ability to connect to the internet (WiFi or mobile internet) for first time MobileSCAN activation.

You can activate MobileSCAN in your Online Bank (navigate to the “Mobile Services” section). If you can’t find this section, visit a Citadele branch to receive a MobileSCAN activation license.

If you are not bank’s client yet, you can become one through Citadele mobile application and automatically receive a MobileSCAN licence.
