How do I log on to the Citadele Online Bank with MobileSCAN?

When you go to the Online Bank, select MobileSCAN/Digipass 780.

When you log in to the Online Bank, provide your username and either your personal code or mobile phone number in the login field. Click on “Continue,” and you’ll proceed to the next login step.

In the next step, you’ll see a QR code on the screen. Simultaneously, you’ll receive a push notification on your phone. Open the Citadele app on your phone by clicking on the push notification. Use Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN code to complete the authorization process. The code displayed below the QR code will be automatically filled in for you.
