What is the bank’s policy on sanctions?

In our provision of financial services, we comply in full with international, national, and the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions in accordance with the procedures set out in normative acts. We comply with the U.S. OFAC sanctions in all currencies.
We have the right to cease our partnerships with customers to whom sanctions apply directly or indirectly, fully or partially, or if there is reasonable doubt that they are breaching or circumventing sanctions.
