What should I do if I want to activate MobileSCAN as a legal person?

To gain and activate a MobileSCAN authorisation tool as a legal person, person with power of attorney must write a Free form Order via Online Bank or send a digitally signed application in free form to the e-mail address info@citadele.ee.

If there is no way to use e-signature or to access Online Bank, then person with power of attorney must visit nearest branch and bring their passport or ID card.

If you have already received a MobileSCAN license and wish to reinstall it to your device, take your previous license with you when you visit a branch.
