To check the status of your payment in the online bank, go to Document History. 

When you open Document History, you will see a list of the last documents submitted to the bank, including payments. To find out your payment status, click on the relevant payment, and the payment details will open on the right-hand side. The payment details include payment status and the time it was given. If a payment has been given the letter S, it means that it has been prepared, but has not been signed using a code from an authorisation tool. 

The payment details include payment status and the time it was saved. To complete the payment and sign it using a code from your authorisation tool, press Continue. Bear in mind that each authorisation tool has a limit - to find out the limits for yours, click here.
